About Choices: Run by peers supports for those needing assistance with mental health, encouragement towards independence, a relaxing atmosphere, big screen television/dvd movies, socialization, assistance to resources for housing, transportation, government phones, jobs, connections to resources, free wifi, computer access.
Free Lunches between 10:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Free coffee, bottled water, tea, hot-chocolate, etc. Menu changes weekly.
Art: Like to draw, or paint? We have arts and crafts once you’re a member, or bring your own art/drawing while socializing.
Groups: Attend groups with others ‘daily from 1 p.m.-2 p.m.’ and discuss/socialize with others over Zoom. Variety of topics on mental health, wellness, exercise, games, and connect with others.
Participation is free. We do COVID-19 screen each person daily upon entering Choices, and for new people, we do an ‘intake’ utilizing rules and follow First Resources, Choices guidelines for confidential information.
